DELIVERY & RETURNS.
What to expect when ordering from HoneyRoll.
Ordering
Prices shown include free delivery. This site is a product catalogue rather than an online checkout. Contact us by email to confirm availability and estimated dispatch timing before placing an order.
Delivery
Free delivery is included with every product listed. We'll confirm the delivery service and dispatch timing before accepting an order. No delivery date is guaranteed unless specifically agreed during the order process.
Returns & issues
If there is a problem with an item, contact us at honeyrollmanufacturing@gmail.com with the order details and, where relevant, photographs. Your statutory consumer rights under UK law are not affected. Any additional return conditions will be confirmed when your order is arranged.
Product care
Products are made using PLA plastic. Keep away from excessive heat, prolonged direct sunlight and hot water. Hand-clean carefully. Small layer lines and minor surface variations are normal with 3D-printed products.
